I work through the blockers with the client and delivery teams, reconcile expectations with product constraints, and agree what can be delivered. I make decisions and owners explicit, then coordinate testing, demonstrations and escalation around the next milestones.

Prepare users and teams for launch and handover

The software is taking shape, but users, administrators and support teams need to be ready to work with it.

What I take on

I design and deliver enablement around real workflows, with different depth for users and administrators. I prepare supporting materials, run practical sessions and coordinate knowledge transfer with the teams taking over.
