I do my best work when delivery is complicated: technical dependencies, competing priorities, and different teams looking at the same problem from different angles.

My role is to work out what needs to happen, turn it into a practical plan, and keep the right people moving in the same direction.

I now offer that experience through independent implementation and rollout work, on a defined project or embedded with your team.

My background spans technical support, client engagement and enterprise implementation. That combination helps me connect the details of how software works with the needs of the people introducing, using and supporting it.

Between 2022 and July 2026, I led more than 50 specialized delivery projects, including implementations, integrations, migrations, technical reviews and workflow redesigns. Much of that work involved global pharmaceutical and life-sciences organizations.

I have also delivered more than 100 live user and administrator training sessions. Enablement has been part of the delivery work throughout, from explaining a configuration to helping a team prepare for operational ownership.

During employment, I led a weekly peer knowledge-sharing program over one year and helped develop reusable delivery and review frameworks. I bring the same attention to training, documentation and handover.
